How does Charglize work?Charglize is a valet EV charging service. We pick up your car, charge it overnight, and return it to your location by morning, fully charged and ready to go!

How does pickup and drop-off work?You’ll meet the valet driver at your selected time window and location for both pickup and return. You’ll get a tracking link and ETA as soon as the driver is on the way for pickup. At the selected return time, the driver will meet you at your location again and hand over your car and keys.

How is my car safe in a stranger’s hands?Our valet drivers are thoroughly vetted and undergo rigorous training to ensure your car is handled with care. Additionally, our charging stations are monitored by staff throughout the night.

What if my car gets damaged?We take full responsibility for your vehicle and will cover any damage that occurs while it’s in our care.

What areas do you serve?We currently operate in Brooklyn, Midtown, and Lower Manhattan. We’re expanding soon to all of Manhattan and Queens. Sign up to be notified when we launch in new areas.

How much does the service cost?We offer a one-time service for $56 (charging only) or $65 (charging + wash). For frequent users, we also offer weekly subscription plans starting at $35/day, which include bonus car washes.
